Sunflower Lecithin is a group of phospholipids found in sunflower seeds and is a natural source of Phosphatidyl Choline, a natural constituent found in various parts of the body. This nutrient-rich substance can be used as either a nutritional supplement or as an emulsifier in baking and other food items. Lekithos Sunflower Lecithin Granules are an allergen-free alternative to conventional soy lecithin granules. They are 100% pure – made without the use of artificial preservatives, additives, flavors, colors, and carriers.
